Hello Gurus,

When trying to initiate a batch in AGIS with USA as the Initiator and Canada as the recipient, oracle returns an error stating that the recipient does not have a customer association with the initiator, but the association does exist, so I don`t know what is wrong ..

The exact error is as below

The intercompany transaction requires an invoice and the recipient organization Canada does not have a customer association with the initiator organiazation USA.

Legal entity, customer, and site association for recipient organization Canada does not exist.

Please help.
