TFA Diagcollect Database Does not exist

Hi,

I'm having an issue with configuring my databases with TFA Diag collection.

tfactl diagcollect -database TEST -since 1h

Database TEST does not exist.

I tried running "tfactl rediscover", upgrading to 12.1.2.7.0, and reinstalling but the databases are still not discovered.

I tried running "directory add /u02/app/oracle/admin/diag/rdbms/test/TEST/trace", but that fails with:

Unknown or Invalid Action received for user : oracle

FAIL

Can someone point me in the right direction?
