Restore FDMEE from backups

I was working with FDMEE and had some problems loading data so I thought it would be a good thing to remove the Target Application inside FDMEE and add it again. And maybe then it would work. Normal troubleshooting so to say.

However, deleting a Target Application in FDMEE also deleted all my mappings   weeks of work

So without anyone with the knowledge inhouse I need to restore FDMEE from yesterday. Fortunatly we have a company running the servers and I asked them to restore d:\FDMEE but it did not help.

I have tried to find something on the subject of what parts need to be restored in order to have FDMEE restored but I have not found anything. I guess there is a relational database and/or SQL database that needs some attention..
