FRM-10043: Cannot Open file when using Forms 10.1 Compiler Version 10.1.2.3.0

We're trying to deploy our customized form but encountering the error, FRM - 10043: Cannot Open file. Is there any missing steps below we need to add?

In chmod:

  1. Open the WinSCP for APPS
  2. Back up the current POXPOEPO.fmb in $AU_TOP/forms/US. (sample back-up POXPOEPO_05042016.fmb)
  3. Back up the current POXPOEPO.fmx in $PO_TOP/forms/US. (sample back-up POXPOEPO_05042016.fmx)
  4. Copy the attached file (POXPOEPO.fmb) in $AU_TOP/forms/US using WinSCP in BINARY format
  5. Please see below script

frmcmp_batch Module_Type=FORM Userid=apps/******* Module=$AU_TOP/forms/US/POXPOEPO.fmb Output_File=$PO_TOP/forms/US/POXPOEPO.fmx
