Startting Weblogic failed

Hi all,

While Weblogic server is running, the network is disconnect and reconnected again .So when we try to connect to the Weblogic console we cann't because the Admin server status is shutdown as appear in (AdminServer.state) exist in the following path:  "\user_projects\domains\adf_jpr\servers\AdminServer\data\nodemanager" but the application is still running. The following is the log we have when we try to start the admin server from the command (startWebLogic.cmd) and it fails to start,
