Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello!

I have some questions regarding CRM Desktop.

Is there any guide on how to install CRM Desktop in Siebel 8.2?

Is it included by default in the Siebel installation or do I need to download some extra package? Also, do I need special licences?

Do you know what is the latest bookshelf for CRM Desktop for Outlook?
