2 users seeing different information simultaneously for same data intersection in Hyperion Planning

Need your suggestions and help !!!!!!!

It seems we were implemented and using the load balancing concept for our Hyperion environment (11.1.2.1) and very recently we have seen that the below issue,

2 users seeing different information simultaneously for same data intersection in Hyperion Planning Web Forms and they are strongly suspecting that this is an issue because of the load balancing concepts.and at present the workaround is to stop and start all the services across all Hyperion Planning servers however it is not a worth to do often .

So,can you please help me to understand how we can confirm that whether this is an issue with the Load balancing or with the any data form options .If in case it is the issue with the Load  balance then what we need to do as a fix and any setting would required to update/apply for this issue as a fix.
