Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Items with high level reservation doesn't allow subinventory transfer across subinventory

While performing the sub inventory transfer we noticed the below behavior

Whenever there exist high level reservation, System allows to do sub inventory transfer across locators within the same sub inventory where item is stocked
Whenever there exist high level reservation, System does not allows to do sub inventory transfer across sub inventory

We feel the system behaves very strange. Can someone help us to know if this is the normal behavior?
