How to permanently default conversion rate, conversion type, and conversion date fields on the sales

Hi,

The sale order form has these three fields (conversion rate, conversion type, conversion date) hidden. If these have to be used, one has to use the show field option and select the fields.

How can these fields be made available permanently upon opening the SO form. Since, whenever, a new form instance, these fields are hidden by default.
