Unable to dynamically remove memory from ldom in Solaris 11.3

Hi,

According to user, when he tried to remove 4GB of memory, he received a error message "memory in use".

However when i look at the configuration, i did not see any problem as there are more than enough physical memory.

i believe 1 of the way is to stop the domain, unbind and bind it again. However this is just a workaround.
