Replace item number on the same SN

Hi,

I have a request to make a mass update on 250k instances:

Need to replace new item number on the same SN :

Example : SN111  with P/N : 456 is owned by XXX customer in status "Installed"

I have created new instance SN111 with P/N : 456new owned by YYY in status "Created"

Need to :

1. Exiting PN : Change status from  "Installed" to "Return to be replace"

2. New PN: Change status from "Created" to "Advance Replacement"

3. Change owners from XXX to YYY

3. Change contract details

4. Change contract billing.

5. don't need to ship any SN.

I know there is a process in OM (Just after ship confirm) which does it all, and does it very good...
