Popup applet to show Contact email address from Installed Assets

Hi Experts,

We need to display contact alternate email address on click of button from Installed assets. On choosing email address from the applet a workflow should trigger to send out an email for specific email address that we choose.

Please let me know what is the best way to achieve this.

PS: We have implemented workflow changes to send email.
