Project: '2959P' Error occurred while creating the project

Hi

I tried to create a new project through pa_project_pub.create_project

I have passed project, task, key members and class category mandatory details. Currently the API returned Error "Project: '2959P' Error occurred while creating the project".

Please let me know the setup to avoid this error. This error is not specific to identify the setup.
