Hi, I have a customer on the Customer Accounts . The customer account has a large number of records.

Hi, I have a customer on the Customer Accounts . The customer account has a large number of records. I hit Account Details and the system tries to retrieve all the records in the account. The application seems to time out but the back end keeps running (runaway). Any suggestions on a fix?
