we have upgraded to 11gr2 Forms and reports. While opening the url  http:host.domain:9001/forms/frmservelet?form=logon.fmx&config=webutil

it is opening forms and after providing credentials it says

FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-03114


we ran the diagtest for webutil,it gave only warnings.there are no errors.


if i ran with http:host.domain:9001/forms/frmservelet


it says FRM-42017 :Module name must be specified


if i ran with http:host.domain:9001/forms/frmservelet?form=logon.fmx


its display dialog box with below message.

oracle.forms.webutil.cApi.CApiFunctions bean not found.

WEBUTIL_C_API.REBIND_PARAMETER will not work
