Missing F0101/F0401 Records

Hello,

We have found that vendor records have vanished in F0101/F0401 and there are details in F0411.  There have been no SQL's performed that would have performed this.

Has anyone else ever encountered this?  This is the first time ever I have seen this and am looking for an explanation as to how this could happen.
