Incorrect URL is getting triggered through batch process

Hi Team,

When an expense report is submitted through online page URL in email notification is coming correctly. but if expense report are getting picked by batch process URL in mail notification is different.

We are using delivered  IB configuration and EMP_SEVLET is updated with current production url and still sometimes a wrong url is getting triggered. we are clueless how this is happening. any pointers will be helpful
