Custom Image not found - 404 (Not Found) Error

Hi,

We are on 8.1.1.10 with IP15 and applied SUI theme.

I am trying to modify the Background image on Home page.

I updated my custom theme-sui.css file to use the new image, placed the Image in the custom image folder.

When I login, I don`t see the vanilla background image nor the customized image.

While trying to Inspect:

In Elements tab, I see my custom theme-sui.css code is taking effect ignoring the vanilla theme-sui.css code.

In console, I see error : ..../images/custom/Test_Picture.png 404 (Not Found).  And when I navigate to the Source tab - custom Image path, I don`t see the file but it actually physically exists in the mentioned path.
