RMAN BACKUP FAILED ON PRODUCTION :

Dear Friends,

Please be informed that my backup is getting failed, Due to the below error. Could you please review and advise.

Error

channel ch02: starting piece 1 at 17-MAY-16

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ch01 channel at 05/17/2016 14:46:29

ORA-19506: failed to create sequential file, name="arch-INSTANCE_20160517_0sr5qqe5_1_1_26652_912091589", parms=""

ORA-27028: skgfqcre: sbtbackup returned error

ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:

VxBSAValidateFeatureId: Failed with error:

   Server Status:  cannot connect on socket

channel ch01 disabled, job failed on it will be run on another channel

channel ch03: starting archived log backup set

channel ch03: specifying archived log(s) in backup set
