Is it possible to have an approved PO created from an approved requisition

We have Oracle 11.5.10.2.

1. Is it possible to have an approved PO created from an approved requisition. Essentially once the requisition is approved can we generate an approved PO without human intervention.?

2. If 1 is possible for all requisitions THEN is it possible to have an approved PO created from an approved requisition coming from a CPA and a catalogue item only (i.e exclude requisitions from a non catalogue requisition). 

3. Can you please provide details on how we set this up in Oracle. Can you provide the step by step navigation
