BIP Template- (Error) Namespace prefix 'ref' used but not declared

Hi Experts,


While generating report I was getting below error message.


<Line 39, Column 93>: XML-22008: (Error) Namespace prefix 'ref' used but not declared.

@Line 39 ==> <_A><xsl:value-of select=".//ref:xdo0012" xdofo:field-name="ref:xdo0012"/>
