Hi,

The scenario is an inbound message. And, the problem is that the record is not existing in Siebel. We checked the Business Service, IO and the workflows but no luck. Any idea what is the possible solution for the problem?

Error encountered:

Method 'WriteRecord' of business component 'Contact' (integration component 'Contact') for record with search specification '[Party UId] = "23957016-1BDC-11e6-9A40-80040DE0FE80"' returned the following error:"An error has occurred writing to a record.

Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.(SBL-DBC-00111)"
