Is IP2016 supported with Oracle Database 11.2.0.4 on AWS?

Hi Experts,

One of my customer is contemplating upgrade from 8.1.1.10 to IP2016 on AWS platform.

Though I could check the certification that IP2016 is supported on Oracle Database 11.2.0.4, however when I select AWS platform on Certification I see only 12c Database. So is IP2016 supported with Oracle Database 11.2.0.4 on AWS platform?

Customer is using MS Server 2012 OS.
