Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Service Request:Default Service Request Owner LOV is not displaying resource category of others

hi

We are R12.1.3

Im trying to default the Service Request Owner from the profile value that would be set at Responsibility level.

In the profile LOV,it does not display the resources of category 'Other '.
