AWR report help

Hello Guru's.

I need your help in order to understand the attached AWR report...

We are getting performace issue on our environment..anyone can please help me to find out the pain area into attached AWR reports.

we attached the AWR report here..Please help us to uderstand the pain area..

its seems Database CPU is more consumed..apart from that we have 4 database running on same system.
