FSG Access restriction

Hi All,

I have done Definition access sets but it does not work. Please find below.

First I defined the (Definition access sets --> Define Like FSG Access Then I have assigned to Particular Responsibly  (Definition access sets --> Assign )and Assign this definition to Particular Row set. Now what I am getting, System restrict the Particular Row set in all Responsibilities but I have assigned to particular Responsibility. why this is happening ?
