tax rate of Expenses isn´t Enabled

Hi

I am creating a Tax Rate in Ebtax and when I go to Reporting Details or in the Tax Code  in Expensse Report, I can not look tax rate of  Expenses Enabled. I need to setup this flag.

I have consulted that I can do some of the following workarround:

First

1. Go to Tax Managers Responsibility->Advance Setup Options->Tax look up codes
2. Query by entering code: ZX_WEB_EXP_TAX_CLASSIFICATIONS
3. Click on Add Another row:Click on update button and enter the code/ meaning / description same as Tax rate code and Apply.

Second
