MetaSolv Solution Patch 23291705: MSS 6.2.1.b1039 - HOTFIX for TN Search Functionality

Hot fix patch available to download from the MOS site.

We have identified a break in patch set (6.2.1.b1039,) for the TN search functionality, and a hot fix was made available:


Patch 23291705: MSS_6_2_1_1039_HOTFIX_PSR_TN_SEARCH_FETCH_ISSUE_WITHOUT_CATE_SUBCATE_UPDA


The problem was found internally and no SR was submitted for the issue.

[Problem]

In the PSR Order window, when the user tries to assign a Telephone Number from the TN Assignment window, the application is not returning the TNs that does not have Category & Subcategory values defined in the Telephone Number inventory window.
