Unable to Approved Cycle Count in Oracle 11i

Hi,

I am getting error when try to approve the cycle count for one item &  same has been associated with LPN

We have checked there is no data dependency against LPN & its available to transaction\reserve  

Also we have checked there is no stuck & pending transaction records against item 

Error Message : Transaction Failed

Request you to please provide any suggestion to fix this issue
