HTTP error:500: Internal Server Error.

When user trying to open couple of application getting this error message HTTP error:500: Internal Server Error.

Can you please have a look and provide the solution as early as possible. Even we have checked the HTTP. To replicate this issue from CNC, when we Run p98owsec in fast path. Click "Add" on first page then click "OK" on next page, the 500 error will appear. Can you please check and see is there any solution for this.

Also we have checked the solution on Oracle site.

We have made the changes as below but that did not work
