MACRS Depreciation

I have one query on MACRS depreciation.

We would like to user MACRS depreciation with formula method rather than Multiplier Method.

So as part of this, the depreciation will be calculated based on declining balance method and in any year if straight line balance calculation is having higher depreciation, the depreciation method automatically switches to straight line for depreciation calculation and it will continue for remaining life of the asset.

Is it feasible to setup this in JDE to have change in method automatically by system based on logic?

Asset Purchased for $5000. Placed in Service in March'16.
