We just upgraded our test system to 12.1.3 and now our ARXSGP errors out with REP-1815: Bad oracle N

We upgraded our test system to 12.1.3 and now our ARXSGP errors out with REP-1815: Bad Oracle Number encountered. Please advise how we can solve this.This occurs even on Statement Reprints in ARXSGP.  We cannot go-live on 12.1.3 until this is resolved. I have attached the log file.  The output file is blank.
