One user is getting ADF_Faces_60097 error when he is closing any reconciliation in ARM

Hello,

There is one user who is getting ADF_Faces_60097 error when he is closing any reconciliation . But the same reconciliation when I are closing I am not getting any error message.Can anyone help me with this.
