Anomaly Material Overhead

Hi,

When i was checked item cost history for item 1031004055030 in 04 May 2016, i identified there was a strange data in the record.

There are 67408.52 and 60204.18, among them (in top and bottom), almost all data in same cost, which is around 63000, but not with the both.

For 67408.52 the details is

and this example for others (the usual cost)

Could you please help me, how to trace the anomaly?
