Error in Full Package Build

Hi,

I'm current preparing up our new server for E910 upgrade. I've just completed the the Installation workbench for PS & DV. with the planner & ASU UM2 installed.

I'm facing issue when building full package for PS910 with this error ;

Thu May 19 13:59:18  -  Initializing internal structures for server UGROICDB2.

Thu May 19 14:00:18  -  spkgclntInit.c:307 PKGCLT0012 ERROR: Failed to send message. Error Connection failed.

Thu May 19 14:00:18  -  spkginitsvrMain.c:586 PKGINTSVRM0012 ERROR: Failed to initialize detail structures and folders on the server.

Thu May 19 14:00:18  -  spkginitsvrMain.c:267 PKGINTSVRM0003 ERROR: Failed to initialize detail structure on Primary Server: UGROICAPP2.

Thu May 19 14:00:18  -  spkginitsvrMain.c:306 PKGINTSVRM0006 ERROR: Failed to initialize Primary servers for server package build.
