UNABLE TO REDUCE PO QUANTITY. GETTING ENCUMBRANCE ERROR.

We are not able to reduce the quantity while editing an approved PO.

We are getting error as "APP-PO-14440: Quantity ordered cannot be less than quantity encumbered. Quantity encumbered = 105. Unreserve the funds, reduce the quantity and re-reserve the fund".

How to resolve this issue?
