re-invite suppression for MOH

Hello All,

This is my first post, so apologies in advance if format is not correct.

We are interconnecting with a service provider that has some strange requirements on their side, so I am looking for a little help with configuration.  I am pretty sure that this can not be done, as it breaks the SIP negotiation rules, but would like to have it confirmed.

Basically the requirement form the SP is in the case of MOH, or Hold in any scenario (including Transfers), after the initial invite INVITE and RTP stream establishment, they would like us to suppress any other INVITES during the call.  I have added a diagram of what they require from our side.  In this case the SP is UA-B side.
