Why my repeating job always in Queued Status?

Hi all Siebel-Guru!

After creating repeating job, at "Repeating Instances" tab I can see row, that has "Queued" status. This status isn't changed never.

Whats wrong?

Component/Job:  Workflow Process Manager

Scheduled Start: 19.05.2016 11:00:00

Repeating?: Y

Repeat Unit: Minutes

Repeat Interval: 5

Repeat From: Scheduled Start \ End (result the same)

Repetitions: 100 000
