Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. At the time of importing xml file XXX_Products_Pdc.xml I get an error

Error while importing using Import/Export tool.

The CHARGE_RATE_PLAN named MFC-VOIP - CON_BASIC_ACCESS contains errors:
The Arguments missing for the error message named Arguments missing for the error message contains errors:
Unable to find EVENT_ATTRIBUTE_SPEC EventBillingProductFeeCycleCycle_forward_monthly

and I am trying to create new event by clicking on + icon it shows the following message in popup window

No Services or Account have been configured.
