Restricting equipment type on Equipment Group

Hello,

We have 3 parts of a vehicle: Prime mover, Flat Bed Trailer & Container, which may be used in any combination. To record those, we created 3 different Equipment Types and then combined those Equipment Types at the Equipment Group level. Now here the issue is that we want to ensure that any part of vehicle (Equipment Type) should not be used by more than one vehicles (Equipment Groups). But the system is not restricting that.

So, can anybody please suggest me any way through which we can restrict the combination of Equipment Types?
