Advanced pricing based on location

Hello,

Has anyone created advanced pricing based upon the location that an item is in? We currently have pricing adjustments setup using complex groups and theses groups are for different room types within a warehouse.  Theses are chemcial items and are stored in hot rooms, flammable rooms, etc; upon receipt.  The items get moved to different areas which changes the price. What I need is to be able to price the sales order line based upon the location the item is currently in. I know that base pricing can be setup for item/location/lot, however, that applies to the current availability and
