"Edit Metric" not found on Oracle Trade Management Resource/Team/Group setup

hi,

i am on Oracle EBS 12.2.3. Oracle Trade Administration User / Administrator / CRM Administrator, using these responsibilities, I cannot find the Edit Metric checkbox on resource/group/team FORM or jsp page. Can someone help ?
