Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How does a user fix the below error? It is from a file that is stuck in Release Management.

Error :: Sales Order specified for the RLM Demand with Order Number 800116 is closed.
