Changing the Cost of item in RMA (P4310)

In Return Material Authorization, P4310, I cannot change the unit cost of the item.   We use standard cost (07) costing.    The cost of the item has changed since we received in this order, but we need to process the credit (RMA) at the cost of the item when received, not the current standard cost.

How can I change the cost?
