Are uplift fees waived for the two additional years of EBS Extended Support Until 12/2021?

E-BUSINESS SUITE RELEASE 12.1

Current Lifetime Support Policy Stage: Premier Support Until December, 2016 & Extended Support Until December, 2021*. [*Two additional years added to Extended Support in the April 2016 update of the Lifetime Support Policy. Previously this date was December, 2019.]

It further states "Uplift fees are waived for all years of Extended Support (January, 2017 – December, 2019) for customers with an active support contract. "

Does this mean that uplift fees will apply for 2020-2021, or just that the FAQ documentation has not caught up with the recent announcement?
