We are using XML Bursting for sending emails , every thing is working as expected but unable to reci

Hi All - We are in R12.1.3 and using XML publisher for our reports , in one of the reports we are using XML  Bursting for sending email attachment
When we ran the report everything completed normal but we are not receiving emails .Even when we ran report in debug mode all looks good but still no emails .

Can someone suggest root cause of this issue.

This is Bursting output in debug mode.
