Why would planner not have forecast view in iSupplier Internal View

New employee was hired in March.  She has all the responsibilities as other planners;

  Has been setup as planner and buyer in PO

  Has View Plan and View Plan options in Supply Chain Planner responsibility

When logging into iSupplier portal with Internal View responsibility, go to Planning tab, enters Supplier in search field---no Supplier defaults from list and none are available to choose.  She cannot view the forecast in the portal.  Does a Blanket PO have to exist with her as buyer for her to have forecast view?  I've checked all kinds of setups/profiles and this one has me stumped.
