Pricing Extract is not generating properly for Transaction level -1

Hi Support,

Pricing Extract is not generating correctly for Transaction_level=Item_level and Transaction_level=1 for Simple Promotions in 14.1.0

We have the Item and promotion price details in the file , but the Location number is missing in the file and promotions are not working in POS.

Records are properly updated in the payload tables with location record.

Kindly suggest.
