Total amount not visible to users once report is reconciled

Hi Team,

Currently we have upgraded from 9.1 version to 9.2 image 11.

Currently we see that when a cash advance report is paid  the totals section is visible to employee whereas when its reconciled its not visible to employee. Would like to know whether its a change in 9.2 ? or can you let us how this can be enabled for users.
