Moving off AS400 to SQL

I'm coming from a non CNC background so please excuse my lack of knowledge in this area...

We are moving off an AS400 system to a SQL system.  It is my understanding the JDE Enterpriseone is not platform specific so there shouldn't be any issue with moving the files from one system to the other.  That being said, does anyone have a time frame on how long such a move should take assuming that the database is not very large (only been on the AS400 system for about a year and a small manufacturing operation).
